Crumbed Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb chops 4 (New Zealand)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Small button mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Tomatoes 2
Directions

Heat the butter and oil in a pan large enough to take the chops and mushrooms.
When it is foamy, put in the chops and cook over fairly high heat for two minutes on each side.
Reduce the heat, put the mushrooms into the pan and continue to cook a further 6
