Garlic Grilled Lamb Chops
|Lamb loin chops||16 Ounce, trimmed (About 1 Inch Thick)|
|Dry red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
|Chopped fresh rosemary/1 teaspoon dried rosemary||1 Tablespoon|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Place lamb chops, wine, and garlic in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag; marinate in refrigerator 1 1/2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove lamb from bag; discard marinade. Sprinkle chops with rosemary, salt, and pepper. Place lamb on grill rack; cover and grill 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
