Mint Souffle For Lamb
|Grated pineapple||2 Can (20 oz) (Or 1 No. 2 Can)|
|Mint jelly||240 Milliliter (1 Jelly Glass)|
|Flour||3 Tablespoon (Scant Tablespoon)|
|Egg whites||3 , beaten (In Souffle)|
|Egg whites||2 , beaten (As Topping)|
|Green coloring||3 Drop|
Mix the grated pineapple with mint jelly.
Beat the 3 egg whites stiff and dry.
Sprinkle in flour and fold mint jelly-pineapple mixture into egg whites.
Pour into a greased casserole.
Place casserole in a pan of hot water and bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
Just before taking from oven, spread over the top the 2 egg whites beaten stiffly which have been tinted with green coloring.
Allow to remain in oven several minutes to brown lightly.
