Mint Souffle For Lamb

Ingredients
  Grated pineapple 2 Can (20 oz) (Or 1 No. 2 Can)
  Mint jelly 240 Milliliter (1 Jelly Glass)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon (Scant Tablespoon)
  Egg whites 3 , beaten (In Souffle)
  Egg whites 2 , beaten (As Topping)
  Green coloring 3 Drop
Directions

Mix the grated pineapple with mint jelly.
Beat the 3 egg whites stiff and dry.
Sprinkle in flour and fold mint jelly-pineapple mixture into egg whites.
Pour into a greased casserole.
Place casserole in a pan of hot water and bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
Just before taking from oven, spread over the top the 2 egg whites beaten stiffly which have been tinted with green coloring.
Allow to remain in oven several minutes to brown lightly.
