Lamb Chops With Cucumber Dill Sauce
|Cucumber dill sauce|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peeled and finely chopped cucumbers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dill weed||2 Teaspoon|
|Lamb loin chops||6 , cut 1 1/2 inches thick|
CUCUMBER DILL SAUCE
In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cucumber, lemon juice, dill weed and salt. Blend well and set aside.
Arrange lamb chops on broiler pan grid and place in oven.
Convection Roast at 400°F until lightly browned. Turn chops over. Roast until desired doneness.
