Apricot Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Apricot jam 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon-style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lamb shoulder chops 4 , cut 3/4 inch thick (Or Blades)
Directions

Combine apricot jam, vinegar, mustard, rosemary, salt, garlic and pepper in small saucepan; cook slowly, stirring, until melted.
Grill lamb chops, on uncovered grill, over medium coals 14 to 16 minutes for medium, turning once.
Brush both sides with glaze several times during grilling.
