Easy Lamb Chops Jalapeno

Ingredients
  Hot jalapeno jelly 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Lean lamb loin chops 20 Ounce (3/4 Inch Thick, Four 5 Ounce Pieces)
  Cracked pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Jalapeno pepper slice 1
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat until jelly melts, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, and keep warm.
Trim fat from chops; sprinkle chops with cracked pepper and salt.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray, and place on grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°).
Place chops on rack; grill, uncovered, 15 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with jalapeno jelly mixture.
Transfer to a small serving platter.
If desired, garnish with jalapeno pepper slices and fresh cilantro sprigs.
