Mint Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Snipped mint leaves/4 teaspoons dried mint flakes, crushed 3 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Light corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Finely shredded lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lamb leg sirloin chops 4 , cut 3/4 inch thick
Directions

For glaze, in saucepan combine water and cornstarch, Add mint, corn syrup, lemon peel, and salt.
Cook and stirtill thickened and bubbly.
Place lamb chops on unheated rack of broiler pan, Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Brush some glaze over chops, Turn chops; broil 5 to 6 minutes more, brushing the lamb chops occasionally with glaze
