|Powdered garlic||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried rosemary||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lamb shoulder chops||4 , cut 1/2 inch thick, excess fat removed|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon (For Brushing Grill)|
Combine garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Rub mixture over lamb chops on both sides.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Brush grill surface lightly with oil.
Cook lamb chops over medium-high heat.
Grill, turning once or twice until chops have browned slightly on the outside and are done to taste on the inside.
1 prefer lamb with just a hint of pink in the center.
You may prefer chops rare or well-done.
Place a chop on each plate and serve hot.
