Noisettes Of Lamb

Ingredients
  Fat free reduced sodium beef broth/Water 2 Tablespoon
  Ground coriander 2 Teaspoon
  Crushed black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Lamb loin chops 16 Ounce, cut about 1 inch thick and trimmed of all visible fat (4 Chops, About 4 Ounce Each)
  Couscous 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped seeded tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a small bowl, stir together the broth or water, coriander, peppercorns and garlic.
Rub over the surface of the lamb chops.
Place the chops on the rack in a broiling pan.
Broil 4" from the heat for 5 minutes.
Turn the chops over and continue broiling about 4 minutes more or until cooked to desired doneness.
Meanwhile, cook the couscous according to the package directions.
After removing it from the heat, stir in the tomatoes.
