Ingredients
  Lamb cubes 1 1⁄2 Pound (About 1 1/2 Inches)
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of chicken soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Cardamom 1 Dash
  Ground cardamom 1 Dash
  Ground coriander 1 Dash
  Diced apple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

In large heavy pan, brown lamb in shortening; pour off fat.
Add soup, onion, water, garlic, and seasonings.
Cover; cook over low heat 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Stir now and then.
Add apple the last 5 minutes.
