Lamb With Beans Or Okra

Ingredients
  Lamb shoulder 2 Pound, boned
  Yellow onion 1 Large, peeled and chopped
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Canned tomatoes 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Frozen green beans/Okra 20 Ounce, Defrosted (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Trim the lamb of bone and fat, and cut the meat into 1/2-inch pieces.
Brown the lamb and onion in the olive oil and garlic.
Place tomatoes, juice and all, in a food blender, and blend for a few seconds.
Pour over the lamb and onions.
Add the cinnamon, allspice, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Finally, add the green beans or okra, and simmer for 1/2 hour or until tender.
