Lamb Chops With Rosemary
|Fresh rosemary/1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh sage/Marjoram / 1/4 tablespoon dried of either||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Crush up the rosemary and sage or marjoram, and place in a bowl along with the lamb.
Add the garlic and oil, and allow to marinate for 3 hours or longer if you wish.
Place the meat on a broiling rack, and broil, under high heat, for about 5 minutes a side or to your taste.
Splash with the lemon juice, add salt and pepper, and serve hot.
