Lamb Chops With Rosemary

Ingredients
  Fresh rosemary/1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh sage/Marjoram / 1/4 tablespoon dried of either 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lamb chops/Steaks 6
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Crush up the rosemary and sage or marjoram, and place in a bowl along with the lamb.
Add the garlic and oil, and allow to marinate for 3 hours or longer if you wish.
Place the meat on a broiling rack, and broil, under high heat, for about 5 minutes a side or to your taste.
Splash with the lemon juice, add salt and pepper, and serve hot.
