Fruit Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb chops 1 1⁄2 Pound (4 Or 5 Pieces)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Apricot pineapple jam 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Rub chops with soy sauce and coat both sides with mixture of jam and mustard.
Place in a shallow, 2-quart glass baking dish and cover with plastic wrap.
Puncture one or two holes in plastic and microwave 5 minutes on high.
Turn chops and baste with sauce.
Recover and microwave 4 to 5 minutes on high, or longer depending on doneness desired.
