Lamb Riblets In Tomato Honey Sauce

  Lamb riblets 2 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Condensed golden mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Place riblets in 2-quart casserole.
Cover with onion slices.
Microwave 12 minutes on medium.
Drain fat.
Stir in soup, tomato sauce, honey, salt, pepper and thyme.
Microwave 50 to 60 minutes on medium, or until riblets are tender, stirring twice.
