Roast Leg Of Lamb In Paste

  Lamb leg 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Tablespoon, ground
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  A-1 sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Lea & perrins worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon

Cut garlic clove and rub over leg of lamb.
Mix all of the paste ingredients together; chop garlic clove very fine and add to paste.
Rub lamb with paste before cooking.
Roast at 325° for 35 minutes per pound.
