1. Place ribs, fat side down, in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in 2-cup measure. Drain and turn meat over. Pour sauce over meat. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 15 to 18 minutes or until meat is fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
