Skewered Lamb Cubes

Ingredients
  Olive oil 125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped
  Rosemary 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Curry powder 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lamb leg 3 Pound, in 2 inch cubes (1.4 Kilogram)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
Mix marinade ingredients together; pour over lamb and refrigerate 2 hours.
Thread lamb cubes on skewers.
Place on hot grill and cook 8 to 10 minutes depending on taste.
Turn 4 to 5 times, baste and season.
