Marinade For Lamb Or Fish

Ingredients
  Olive oil 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), smashed and chopped
  Shallots 3 , finely chopped
  Lemon juice 125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)
  Crushed rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients together in small bowl.
Pour marinade over chosen lamb or fish and refrigerate overnight.
In preparation for cooking, drain marinade and reserve for basting.
