Rosemary Mint Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Sauce 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Rosemary 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Lamb chops 8 , fat trimmed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
Place mint sauce, rosemary and oil in deep dish; whisk together.
Add lamb and mix; marinate 30 minutes.
Place chops on hot grill.
Cook about 8 minutes depending on taste and size.
Turn twice and season well.
