  Leg lamb 4 1⁄2 Pound (2 Kilogram, With Bone)
  Dijon mustard 4 Teaspoon (20 Milliliter)
  Tomato paste 4 Teaspoon (20 Milliliter)
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Rosemary 1 Pinch
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), blanched
  Pearl onions 24
  Sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon (20 Milliliter)
  Consomme 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

–  Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
–  Baste leg of lamb with Dijon mustard and tomato paste, season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary and bake until golden.
–  Reduce oven heat to 350°F (175 °F) and cook 60 minutes longer. After 30 minutes, add garlic, onions, sugar, and lemon juice.
–  After 45 minutes, pour consomme over leg of lamb, then baste and finish cooking.
–  Remove leg of lamb from oven, carve into thin slices and keep warm.
–  Reduce cooking juices, and pour over the meat.
