Grilled Lamb Chops With Herb-Yogurt Marinade
|Chopped garlic||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Plain nonfat yogurt||180 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Worcestershire sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Lamb loin chops||4 , trimmed of fat|
|Cooked spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh/Frozen)|
Mix Marinade ingredients together in a glass or ceramic bowl.
Add the lamb chops and coat them well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When coals are medium-hot, remove lamb chops from marinade, keeping them well coated.
Grill over medium coals for 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
