Classic Baked Lamb
|Lamb breast||2 Pound, cubed|
|Red wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Red currant jelly||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Marjoram||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Lightly season the lamb with salt and pepper and place in a roasting pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until slightly tender.
2) Combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour the mixture over the lamb and bake for 25 minutes or until lamb is glazed and tender, basting often.
