Classic Baked Lamb

I had forgotten about this Classic Baked Lamb recipe till I came upon it recently. This Classic Baked Lamb is a very hearty dish and indeed a classic one too! This is a great dish which beckons you.
  Lamb breast 2 Pound, cubed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1
  Red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Red currant jelly 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parsley 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Marjoram 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1) Lightly season the lamb with salt and pepper and place in a roasting pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until slightly tender.
2) Combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour the mixture over the lamb and bake for 25 minutes or until lamb is glazed and tender, basting often.
