Spring Lamb Meatballs
|Ground lamb||1 Pound|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Gruyere cheese/Cheddar cheese||4 Ounce|
|Bread slice||1 , crumbled|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
In a bowl, mix ground lamb, 1 egg, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Shape into 32 small meatballs.
Dip meatballs in remaining beaten egg.
Dredge with bread crumbs.
In a skillet, melt butter.
