Coriander Flavored Lamb

Ingredients
  Lamb fillet 500 Gram, cut into thin strips
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Broccoli florets 200 Gram, sliced
  Dried black mushrooms 3 , soaked in hot water for 25 minutes and drained
  Onions spring 2 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Dry sherry/Rice wine 2 Teaspoon
  Dark soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place lamb in a dish.
In a bowl, mix together cornflour (cornstarch), sugar and sesame oil and spoon over the lamb; stir to well coat lamb.
Leave for 30 minutes.
In a wok, heat peanut oil, add lamb and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Remove lamb from wok and keep warm.
Add broccoli, mushrooms, spring onions and garlic and stir fry for about 5 minutes until broccoli is just tender.
Stir in rice wine or dry sherry, soy sauce, lamb and coriander.
Stir over a very high heat for 1 minute.
