Classic English Glazed Roast Of Lamb
|Leg of lamb/Half a leg of lamb / 1 boned and rolled lamb shoulder||1|
|Grated orange rind||1|
|Oranges||2 , juiced|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Soft butter||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Fresh mint||60 Milliliter, chopped fine (1/4 Cup)|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
€¢ Place the meat in a 9 x 12-inch (23 x 30 cm) glass dish. Mix the remaining ingredients. Spread over the meat. Wrap the tip of the leg with a strip of aluminum foil.
€¢ Insert the temperature probe into the side of the roast (read instructions given in your oven operation manual), plug opposite end into the oven. Select desired cooking.
€¢ Baste meat twice during cooking.
