Broiled Lamb Chops With Herbs

Ingredients
  Lamb loin chops/Rib lamb chop 8 , trimmed of fat
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), cut in half
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dried marjoram 2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Thyme 2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Tarragon 2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon wedges 3
Directions

Preheat the broiler.
Rub the lamb chops all over with the cut garlic.
Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with the marjoram and pepper.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium cooked lamb.
