Broiled Lamb Chops With Herbs

|Lamb loin chops/Rib lamb chop||8 , trimmed of fat|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), cut in half|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried marjoram||2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Thyme||2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Tarragon||2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Preheat the broiler.
Rub the lamb chops all over with the cut garlic.
Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with the marjoram and pepper.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium cooked lamb.
