Ingredients
  Ground lamb 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Rice 375 Milliliter, cooked (1 1/2 Cup)
  Tomato juice 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon (30 Milliliter)
  Bacon slices 4
Directions

€¢ Mix all the ingredients together except the bacon. Place in an 8 x 4 x 2 1/2 inch (20 x 10 x 6.25 cm) microwave-safe loaf pan. Pack down.
€¢ Place the bacon slices on top. Microwave 10 minutes at HIGH. Microwave another 10 minutes at MEDIUM. Let stand 20 minutes.
€¢ Cover with waxed paper and place a weight on top. Refrigerate when cooled.
