Marinated Grilled Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb chops 4 Large
  Salad oil 3 Ounce
  Wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Black peppercorns/White pepper 5 , crushed
  Yellow onion 1 Small, chopped
  Parsley 10 Ounce (1 Large Bunch)
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1 , crumbled
  Red currant jelly 3 Tablespoon
  Port wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mustard powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped yellow onion 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1
  Ginger 1
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, slices
  Lemon rind 1 Tablespoon, finely sliced
Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Place the chops in the marinade for at least 3 hours. Turn them occasionally.
2. Broil the chops for 5-6 minutes on each side.
3. Stir the currant jelly in the port wine and seasonings. Don't forget to cut away the white on the orange and lemon rinds.
