Classic Curried Lamb

Ingredients
  Lean lamb shoulder 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes
  Onions 2 Medium, finely chopped
  Apples 2 , pared, cored and quartered
  Lemon juice 1
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon, diluted in one cup of water
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Lay half the onions on bottom.
Add meat, apples.
Moisten with lemon juice, tomato paste and water.
Add remaining onions.
Sprinkle with seasoning.
Close and bake.
Add raisins twenty minutes before cooking time is up.
