Classic Curried Lamb
|Lean lamb shoulder||2 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes|
|Onions||2 Medium, finely chopped|
|Apples||2 , pared, cored and quartered|
|Tomato paste||1 Tablespoon, diluted in one cup of water|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Lay half the onions on bottom.
Add meat, apples.
Moisten with lemon juice, tomato paste and water.
Add remaining onions.
Sprinkle with seasoning.
Close and bake.
Add raisins twenty minutes before cooking time is up.
