Dill Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Sunflower oil 2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
  Goat loin 500 Gram, all fat removed
Directions

Combine lemon juice, garlic, oil and dill in a dish just large enough to hold lamb chops in one layer.
Place chops in the dish, turn chops several times to coat with marinade, cover, allow to stand at room temperature for 30-60 minutes.
Cook lamb chops under a preheated grill until done to your liking, basting with marinade from time to time.
