Broiled Lamb Chops

Broiled lamb chops prepared with a basting sauce of soy sauce and brown sugar. Savory with a mild sweetness to it, the broiled lamb chops are flavored with the sauce blend of garlic and ginger. Served with rice, they are filling and delicious.
Ingredients
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lamb rib chops 4 (1 inch thick)
Directions

Combine the first 8 ingredients; stir until smooth.
Broil chops 10 inches from heat about 25 minutes, basting often with sauce, and turning once
