Soak the clay baker
Remove as much fat as possible from the chops.
Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
Arrange in row in clay baker.
Put a slice of lemon and sprinkle seasoning on each.
Close and bake in a slow oven 220°C (425°F or Gas Mark 7) for about 1 hour.
Serve with a salad or veggies on the side.
