Lamb Liver Meze

Ingredients
  Lamb liver 1 Pound
  Dill 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Scallions 1 Bunch (100 gm), thinly sliced
Directions

Cut liver in bite size pieces.
Dip in boiling water and remove immediately.
Fry quickly in olive oil until cooked, and remove to warm platter.
Do not overcook.
To oil remaining in pan add seal lions and dill.
Stir until scallions are soft and pour over liver with oil from pan.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and additional chopped dill.
