|Thick lamb slices/Null||10 (Cut From Leg Or Shoulder)|
|Cocktail sausages/Null||10 (Null)|
|Grilled tomatoes/Null||5 (Null)|
|Lambs kidney/Pig's kidney||1⁄2 (Null)|
|Melted butter/Null||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)|
|Crumbs/Null||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)|
Cut into neat squares of about 1 inch.
Put on a skewer together with sausages and lambs' or pigs' kidney.
Brush with melted butter, season and roll in crumbs.
Cook under the grill.
