  Cocktail sausages/Null 10 (Null)
  Grilled tomatoes/Null 5 (Null)
  Lambs kidney/Pig's kidney 1⁄2 (Null)
  Melted butter/Null 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)
  Crumbs/Null 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)
Directions

Cut into neat squares of about 1 inch.
Put on a skewer together with sausages and lambs' or pigs' kidney.
Brush with melted butter, season and roll in crumbs.
Cook under the grill.
