Baked Lamb

Ingredients
  Lamb shoulder/Lamb leg 3 Kilogram
  Allspice To Taste
  Cardamom To Taste
  Parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) (Few Cloves Required)
  Hot chilies 2
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Prepare your pesto sauce as normal using parsley and the rest of the ingredients.
wash the meat, make small but deep slits in the meat, and fill the slits with pesto sauce.
spice up the meat and spread the rest of the leftover pesto on the meat.
Bake in the oven on 500 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours. Make sure you add water to the pan as it is baking so the meat stays moist and nice.
Half and hour before the meat is done, add any vegetables of your choice such as broccoli, mushroom, onions, carrots, or any other.

I tried making Baked Lamb with Parsley Pesto and got rave reviews!!The only modification I did was that I added few vegetables to this Baked Lamb dish before baking and it came out well :)

I go crazy over this lamb recipe! Baked Lamb is so very tasty! I served it with mashed potatoes, peas and pumpkin and got rave reviews :)
