Ingredients
  Cleaned veal/Lamb kidneys 8 Ounce, cut into 0.5 inch slices
  Prepared mustard 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red cayenne pepper/Few drops red hot sauce 1 Dash
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Sprinkle kidneys lightly with salt and pepper, and spread with mustard.
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper or red hot sauce.
Broil 3 inches from heat 7-9 minutes.
Place in hot dinner plate, and drizzle oil on kidney.
