Teriyaki Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb sirloin chops 6 (1 inch thick)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), sliced
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Trim excess fat from chops, and place chops in a large shallow container.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning chops occasionally.
Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade.
Grill over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Baste frequently with marinade.
