Grilled Lamb Chops
|Lamb rib chops||4 (1 Inch Thick)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Trim excess fat from chops.
Combine softened butter, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl, stirring until combined.
Stir in lemon juice.
Spread butter mixture evenly over chops.
Grill chops over medium coals 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness
