Spicy Lamb Superb

Ingredients
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lamb shoulder chops 6 , cut 0.5 inch thick
Directions

Mix the ginger, allspice, cinnamon, oregano, curry powder, and bay leaf in a saucepan.
Blend in the tomato sauce and pineapple juice.
Bring mixture to boiling; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Cool; remove bay leaf.
Arrange chops in a large shallow dish.
Pour sauce over chops.
Refrigerate about 8 hours.
Broil chops 3 inches from source of heat about 15 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade.
