Paprika Lamb Stew With Potatoes

Ingredients
  Forequarter lamb 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Onions 7 Ounce
  Lard 5 Ounce
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Tinned lecso 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Boiled potatoes 5
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Fry onions in fat, until they are light yellow, add paprika and finely chopped garlic, then the meat washed and cut into large cubes, and stew until tender.
When meat is tender, add lecso, and sprinkle with flour.
Thin gravy with a little water, and boil a few mins. longer.
