I promise, they won’t be able to stop with just one bite. As soon as the weather turns a bit chilly, my family starts begging for carmel corn. I try and hold off cooking up a batch until around Halloween… but I never seem to make it.
2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
1 Cup (16 tbs) (Liquid Measure)
1 Can (10 oz)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 Square)
In a pan,combine all ingredients except corn.
Heat while stirring them for 5-6 minutes.
Reduce the heat.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour some of the caramel on top of the popped corn.
Toss the corn.
Add some more caramel.
Add the rest of the caramel.
