Three In One Popcorn Crunch

Ingredients
  Popped popcorn 4 Quart
  Dry roasted peanuts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Dark corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Candy corn 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Place popcorn and peanuts in large buttered heatproof containers or bowls; set aside.
In a large heavy saucepan, combine the sugars, corn syrup, water, butter and salt.
Cook over medium heat until a candy thermometer reads 285° (soft-crack stage), stirring occasionally.
Pour over popcorn mixture; stir gently to coat.
Stir in candy corn.
Drop into bite-size pieces onto waxed paper.
Cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
