Buttered Popcorn Balls
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream of tartar||1 Pinch|
|Popcorn||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cook the sugar, water, cream of tartar and molasses to hard-ball stage.
Remove from heat and, when bubbling stops, add the butter and vanilla.
Stir gently until corn is well coated.
Pour into buttered tins and when cool enough to handle, roll into balls.
