Roasted Peanuts Caramel Corn
|Toffee bars||6 1⁄2 Ounce (6 Toffee Bars, 1 1/8 Ounce Each)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Popped popcorn||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Unsalted roasted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In heavy saucepan, heat toffee bars and corn syrup over low heat until melted, stirring often.
Pour popcorn into large, deep pan.
Add warm toffee mixture and peanuts.
Toss well until popcorn is coated.
Cool; break into chunks.
Children and adults can enjoy caramel corn.
