Pressed Pop Corn
|Popped corn||1 Gallon|
|White sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thick cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Gum drops||2 Tablespoon, cut into slices (Colored, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Cook sugar, corn syrup, butter and cream to a soft ball stage; add salt.
Pour over popped corn and gumdrops.
Put into a shoebox which has been lined with well oiled aluminum foil.
When cool, remove paper and slice.
