1. Pick over popcorn and discard any unpopped kernels. Grease large deep roasting pan or bowl. In pan, combine popcorn and peanuts
2. In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine caramels and water. Cook in microwave according to package directions, stirring frequently, until smooth. Pour over popcorn; with large spoon toss until evenly coated. Grease hands and shape by cups into 15 balls.
