Molasses Popcorn Ball
|Molasses||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salted popped corn||3 Quart|
Step1-Combine molasses, corn syrup and vinegar in a large saucepan.
Step2-Cook over med. heat, stirring to 300degrees farenhite or until a little of the mixture dropped in cold water is slightly brittle.
Step3- After then Remove from heat, stir in butter. Pour syrup over corn, stirring until kernels are coated.
Step34-Let corn cool a few seconds. Shape into 3" balls.
