|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Food coloring||1 Teaspoon|
|Corn||7 Cup (112 tbs), popped|
Measure syrup and water in 4-cup measure.
Add sugar, salt and butter.
Cook uncovered, 11 minutes or to 250° (hardball stage), stirring once.
Add vanilla and food coloring.
Pour in a thin stream over popped corn in a large buttered bowl; mix well.
With buttered hands, shape popcorn into balls.
