|Marjoram||1 Tablespoon, crushed|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finley minced|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
Coarsely grind together the pork and veal.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix very thoroughly.
Stuff into sausage casings.
Cover the sausage with water and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until the water has completely evaporated.
