|Green bell pepper||1 Large, cut into 1/2 inch pieces|
|Sweet onion||1 Large, cut into 1/2 inch pieces|
|Kielbasa||1 Pound, cut into thin diagonal slices|
|Stewed tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Converted white rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked|
1)Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2)Chop the onions and cut the Kielbasa on thinly.
3)In a 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole dish combine onions, tomatoes, rice, bell peppers and kielbasa.
4)Place the casserole in the oven and bake covered for about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
5)Top each serving with some butter, if desired and serve hot and enjoy!
