Kielbasa Casserole

Ingredients
  Green bell pepper 1 Large, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Sweet onion 1 Large, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Kielbasa 1 Pound, cut into thin diagonal slices
  Stewed tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Converted white rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
  Butter To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY:
1)Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2)Chop the onions and cut the Kielbasa on thinly.
3)In a 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole dish combine onions, tomatoes, rice, bell peppers and kielbasa.

MAKING:
4)Place the casserole in the oven and bake covered for about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.

SERVING:
5)Top each serving with some butter, if desired and serve hot and enjoy!
